View mapThe Rapid City Arts Council is proud to present the Oglala Lakota College (OLC) Art Show. This is the first time that the OLC Art Sho will be exhibied at the Dahl Arts Center in Rapid City. The mediums included in this exhibition are diverse and include 2D paointings and drawings, 3D sculpture and beadwork and digital illustration. In addition to this exhibition, OLC will be honoring Oglala Sioux artist Richard Red Owl.
